The Chapel Hills Community Swimming Pool is for the non-exclusive use by the owner-residents for Chapel Hills only.  The pool area may not be reserved by any owner-resident.  The following rules are posted and must be complied with in order to maintain owner-resident investment and insurance liability in the common use facility.  These rules and guidelines are in the process of being updated.  Please check the bulletin board at the Clubhouse for updated rules before entering the pool and tennis areas.

Chapel Hills Swim Tennis Release

The present rules and guidelines are as follows:

-- Usage of pool card is for the homeowners and the accompanying guest/relatives.
-- Cards are not to be "LOANED" to friends or minor children.
-- Parents are to accompany children.
-- Children are not allowed in the exercise room and exercise room keys are not to be loaned due to liability issues.
-- Violations can led to loss of privileges.
-- Always close pool gates after entering or exiting, parents,
please watch your children and teach them to do the same.
-- No alcoholic beverages will be allowed at any time in the
common area
-- Children under 15 years if age must be accompanied
by an adult at all times.
-- No glass containers are allowed in the common area.
-- Acceptable bathing suits must be worn at all times.
-- Removal of all personal trash is required of any owner-resident
and their guest at the time of their visit.
-- Any obscene behavior, obscenities or rude acts are
prohibited in the common area.

Upper Level Clubhouse

  • 4 hour rental
    $350.00 Refundable deposit
    Rental Hours: 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Lower Level Party Room

  • 4 hour rental
    $150.00 Refundable deposit
    Rental Hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Pool Hours: 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Holidays are set aside for neighborhood events and cannot be reserved for the weekend or the weekday that the holiday occurs. This includes: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Violations of the rules and guidelines will result in the Association,
by and through the authority of the Board, to inflict penalties
and if necessary, ban access to the use of the common areas
for owner-residents and their guests.
